"Team In A Box" Business Management, is a service that was implemented by our company CEO, Ebony Gaynor. After being in the virtual assistant industry for over 11 years, and working with various business types, Ebony decided that the "anything goes, every service is available" way of doing business was no longer efficient for her business, or the business of her clients. Therefore, she decided to streamline and systematize the areas where her clients needed the most assistance. After identifying that sector, she built a solid team around those areas, that we now know of as the Virtually Perfected, LLC, "Team In A Box" Business Management Service, or VP, LLC, TIB, BMS, for short .  As it relates to the virtual assistant industry, the TIB Managers are also virtual assistants who support business owners with their tasks, remotely – meaning they never have to step foot in your office! TIB Managers use technology to support their clients. If you are in need of support, but are not able to hire a full-time employee, don’t have the office space or equipment, then using a VP, LLC, TIB Manager is your answer. All tasks which are completed for you are time tracked – meaning your 'Team In A Box" will Start Timer when he/she begins working on your task and Stops Timer when the task is completed or he/she has switched to a different task. If the tasks takes 15 minutes and 43 seconds to go through and sort your inbox, that is the exact time which goes towards your monthly plan. You will only be charged for work performed and not a second more.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF HOURS? CAN I USE MORE HOURS THAN WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PLAN?

No need to worry! If you ever need more hours during a particular month, simply ask your Team Manager to renew your plan. Simple as that. There are no extra charges or fees. Please note, although you can renew your plan, hours DO NOT carryover to the next month.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY PARTNERSHIP?

It takes few seconds to cancel your partnership with Virtually Perfected, LLC. If you are on a month to month retainer with Virtually Perfected, LLC, simply email us at [email protected] within 20 (twenty) days advance notice of intent to cancel, prior to your monthly renewal date. Cancellation received after said time-frame will be processed starting the next renewal date. Due to the nature of the business, there are absolutely no refunds or credits for cancellations made after your billing date. Please plan your usage appropriately. 


If you are still under your original 3-6 month retainer agreement with Virtually Perfected, you can still opt-out of your agreement, at the cost of 1 month of service, to be paid before cancellation is completed.
